Notes: Slept ok, did get up and going right away. Had coffee and cleaned up kitchen in morning, also packed my 3 wks of supplements for travel and dug into the organization and downsizing of stuff more. Did some laundry, Michelle put together a big crock of chili and I helped w/ some of that. She headed out then to meet Sarah for coffee and to look at a rental for Sarah & her roommate. I had a bit of quiet time and did Carlene's wealth activation vids again, more packing and some online. Also ran up to Julie's to get some stuff from freezer - she was doing a cleaning out. I went back up after Michelle returned to get a couple things. My new grounding bed strip came so I handwashed that. Took a shower then, talked to Jo on Signal (she has just started the wealth activation). 3 games of NFL today, at normal times. Watched the Broncos tho they mostly stunk and ended up losing. Quiet night.
