Westminster Hall

Another gloomy and chilly day. After a good breakfast we went for a walk round Covent Garden. It was beautifully decorated and very festive. Then down to the river, we crossed at Charing Cross. After a cafe break we had an audio tour of the Houses of Parliament. We’ve never been in the House of Commons before - very interesting and atmospheric. More wandering, then we were due to see Hamilton. Unfortunately it was cancelled. The whole cast were outside apologising- what a shame, there was a security issue.
