Back To Earth With A Bump

G and I both had the day off to get on with some post-holiday chores - exciting things like washing and food shopping. We went over to my Mum's for a couple of hours; it' been really nice to see her after the longest time apart for a very long time. We hung out in the garden, checking out the sprawling tomato plants. Unfortunately we then got a big blow with some very unwelcome job news that has really thrown things. The holiday is definitely over.
