Running Views 38

First day back at work following a lovely holiday always sucks, and today was no exception, especially after the crappy news yesterday. It did make me focused and determined to go for a run at 5, and I powered through a 5k which is the longest I've done in ages. I was sure I was going to have to defer my place for the Great North Run, but I feel determined to crack on now. There's no way I'll be up to the distance as it's just 7 weeks away now, but I'm sure I can get to the 9 or 10 mile mark...
