South Island

After breakfast we headed for the ferry terminal which was chaotic to say the least. Bluebridge on this showing isn’t to be recommended as a choice of transport. Eventually arrived into Picton as per blip, an hour or so later than expected, and then drove down to Kaikoura in rain and mist. We checked in to the motel quite late after a late dinner in town. Not looking good weather wise tomorrow so we decided we will just keep driving to Christchurch.
