Cat’s family came home today. I have completed my task unscathed. 

We’ve suspected Russia has deliberately cub underseas communication (data and power) cables but we couldn’t prove it. Now the Finns have found miles and miles of tracks on the Baltic Seabed that implicate a Russia-linked tanker. These are tracks from where the anchor was dragged. The tanker is part of the shadow fleet skirting sanctions and getting Russia money for oil and gas. 

Russia and Ukraine had another prisoner exchange. 189 Ukrainian soldiers, guards, and civilians were freed. The United Arab Emirates helped negotiate the exchange. Russia said it was 150 people on each side. 

Biden announced today that the US will send nearly $2.5 billion in weapons as the administration works to quickly spend all the authorized money on Ukraine.
