Lancing ring

The live view was actually far better than this, shafts of sunlight bouncing off the sea. But it has turned into a muddy field photo, you will just have to take my word for it. Up and out super early (9am!!) met Clare at the gym, had a swim, first one got a week which felt good. Picked Tracy up for a walk as pictured, the dogs were a big play fighting bundle which was nice, Rosie often scoots past dogs on walks now she is in her elder years. She did sidle off to roll in something disgusting so was straight in the bath.

Evening at my mums after poor poorly Daisy finished work. A v jolly evening with all the lovely food, v good fun.
