Reflecting

For mono Monday, I chose to reflect upon 2024. It wasn’t pleasant. Three times hospitalized for the same thing. Surgery the last time and a 26-day stay. That’s not news for many of you but it’s something that I think about; hence, my face planted firmly in my hand, pondering the past. I’m still not feeling my old self…I can’t walk to the corner without losing my breath. But the new year promises hope, so while I take this moment to reflect upon the past year, I look forward to the next. Thanks to McCaviti for hosting this last month of 2024.
