Jelly

I didn’t ask for much but I figured since there are cactus in New Mexico that SIL might be able to find some prickly pear jelly. Here it is. I’ve been trying to figure out a way to explain its taste but all I came up with was grape jelly with a hint of lemon. It’s good.

Thanks for all the good wishes on yesterday‘s reflection blip. I took the theme in a different direction. I wish everyone a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year beginning tonight at the stroke of midnight or whenever you go to bed. (The only way I’m up at midnight as if I have to use the bathroom.) :-)
