It's been quite a year ..........

TUESDAY

We started the day in Long Eaton  with breakfast and an Escape Room type quiz with Harriet and George.

After lunch at the Cleaver Cafe Bar we said our goodbyes and headed home to North Wales. It was quite wet and stormy when we arrived at 5:00 pm and, after a hectic couple of days in Nottingham and London, we were happy just to settle down in front of the tv with a pizza for dinner.

Looking back at 2024, it's been quite a year. The highlight of course was Harriet and George's wedding in Ashbourne on 6 April.

Having taken several months to choose from the hundreds of photos which were taken professionally on the day, their wedding album arrived over the Christmas holidays. Today's blip is one of my favourites from the album.
