From Yesterday...

The weather has been horrendous for the past 20 hours or so. It's just stopped raining & the sun is actually out now - it's as if the rain was never there now & it looks lovely outside. Floods everywhere, roads like rivers, road surfaces washed away, rivers high and not possible to get very far in the car. I might have a little walk in a bit.

Tried to make myself do some school work - did a bit. Made bread & some spicy veg chunks in the air fryer. Quick visit to my mum who has a river flowing down her garden - nowhere near the house thankfully.

Phoned friends & relatives for the HYN greetings & to see how much water they had around their houses - thankfully all fine.
