Notes: Didn't sleep great w/ the the early alarm. Woke ~420a for good then. Michelle and I pulled out 545a for Reagan airport - my 2 suitcases loaded down (with some fridge and freezer stuff too) as well as the backpack stuffed! Made it to the airport 620a, checked both bags and was thru security by 629a. Seemed like a long wait but not-full flight (empty middle seat) left on time 730a and got into Tampa just before 10a. Still hadn't heard from Susan about where she parked the car and finally heard that she'd overslept, missed her flight and was still at TPA. I found her waiting at Copa airlines to see if they had a flight to Panama City she could get on - no one at the counters tho until almost 11a. I got my bags and went back while she finally got an agent who was able to book her on a 230p flight (I was very grateful as it greatly simplified my day and tomorrow). She then went and waited forever at AA to cancel the one for tomorrow they'd put her on (from missing hers). We went to the car and I dumped bags and backpack and then back in to Hard Rock for a drink - I had the NA Sierra Nevada IPA, quite good! I finally headed out after that, felt like a long drive to St Pete, stopped at Rollin Oats for a few carnivore things and then to Gulfport. Place was even dirtier than usual (she'd waited till this morning to pack and rushed out). I quickly unpacked and went to the pool for about an hour of sun ... the quiet set in and felt like I was in a bubble of silence ... back for a hot shower and then cleaned the main bathroom floor before eating some leftover steak w/ mushrooms and 2 boiled eggs. Also had some yogurt w/ honey and later some of the fresh batch of cacao whipped cream. Cleaned a bit more of the floors, so tired in the evening. Beautiful sunset over the water, night temps dropping to cool! So tired early, stayed up as long as I could but still in bed before 9p.
