Met Jo at Iremongers Pond. We had planned to walk round it but the path was flooded so had to abandon that and wall along the canal. It was a beautiful bright day but very cold. We walked back to the Ferry pub for coffee and chat.

Got home and tidied up a bit then met Ni on the Avenue for a leisurely lunch. I had omelette but it wasn’t as good as I was expecting. Very good bowl of chips to share though! Came home via m and s and started to pack away all the Christmas decorations. I got all the lights untangled and boxed, but the cats were far too interested in the baubles for me to be able to sort them and put away!
