Overlooking the village

A visit to the local shop where I met a friend who helped search for one item, it was not to be had, she suggested I pop up to hers to borrow one, excellent, that saved a trip to Tobermory. On the way home a quick stop to take a photo of one of my favourite places, see extra. Friend A passed by and stopped for a chat and we spotted a rainbow above the hill, this is for her daughter The Dog Lady in Canada. 

Another relaxing day, I am happy with this at the moment, John is feeling brighter although still coughing. We had a lovely day with the cats, Ted is manic at times, the others cope well, those that dare come into the room. 

Found on the internet, I can vouch* for this:
ginger cats are regarded as the most affectionate with their guardians and have been lovingly dubbed ‘Velcro cats’! Ginger cats love to sit on their humans’ laps and even nap on their shoulders. They give plenty of headbutts, nose boops, and kisses, even with unfamiliar people (provided they are treated respectfully).
