A quick chilly wander around the back garden around 15.30 revealed a few flowers still hanging in there despite the frosty mornings.

The mahonia still has some bright yellow flowers and, in the extras, the remains of a hydrangea, an orange daisy braving the cold, a hellebore in bud and in flower, as well as the viburnum tree throwing out some pinkness.   All in all a good flower safari.
