'Let it Snow, let it snow, let it snow...'

When it seriously snows (well for a few hours) you have to make the most of it, so after a leisurely breakfast we layered up and set out on a several miles circuit of the Estate and the Moor, pausing to feed the ducks on Coppice Pond; enjoy going off the beaten track onto the virgin snow; take a selfie at the top of the hill; relieve the trees of their load; fall over on the Moor and descend extra carefully.  We saw one person on the entire route, a runner in shorts!
