The forecast was spot on!

We woke up to a good covering of snow this morning and I was glad I had made the decision I did yesterday. I decdied to leave the car in the drive and use the train to travel to church. I was pleased they were still running, although a bit sporadic. My train was delayed long enough for me to take this shot and have a chat with the Station master, thanking him for clearing the platform as well as he had.
Fortunately a parishioner with a 4X4 car brought me home. We've had a lovely afternoon in front of the fire with a good book.
