On This Day

This morning my friend and I set off on our final leg of the Crown of Trees walk.

Today's route took us to to the Abbey Craig and the National Wallace Monument, past my house (quick coffee stop), Borrowmeadow and back to where we finished the first leg of the walk last spring. The extra shows our route.

It was a great walk with lots of chat and catching up. The last half mile was quite chilly but most of the time the weather was good. I'm home now and warming up. I have yoga at 6pm but I'm hoping not to do too much between now and then.

I barely slept last night so I'm pleased with what I managed today.

The blip is a seal in the river as we crossed the footbridge. It was just floating gently down with the tide.
