New Week,

…………………………………new day….same dreich weather! Plenty of rain today though I think it was fair when I took this.

A largely sleepless night…I wasn’t cold but just couldn’t get comfortable hence when the alarm went off I turned over and went back to sleep! Zumba was underway before I woke again so I missed that but the source of the nights discomfort became obvious when I realised the central heating wasn’t working! I had hot water and after messaging my heating engineer I managed to solve the problem by taking the batteries out of the controller to restart it…bingo the heat was very welcome! A second message to the engineer cancelled the call out.

As I was waiting to ensure the heating was working properly I started another Christmas card and once started I had to finish it…that’s four done as I did another last night. A good dust and hoover around my bedroom, en-suite and craft area then ensued before I finally started hanging some picture frames on my landings and upper staircase…new me is determined to get the house totally organised this year!
