Red bauble

Normally on Saturday I make agalette complète for lunch but today we didn't, instead my wife made a quiche but used two galettes as the base instead of pastry. It's quicker to make and has less fat in and was very good.

The blip was taken in the morning when it was dry and light - the afternoon was a cold, damp and pretty miserable all round really. We went to the DIY shop to get some things - including a light switch - and it was very wet and tedious moving about. It was a good job we went for bike rides earlier in the week when it was dry and sunny - though still not warm.

The dog didn't get a fancy walk on the beach today as it was very wet and miserable - he loves going out for walks - though not so much when he sees the weather sometimes...!
