A grey day

Unlike yesterday the gloom didn't lift today so there was no blue sky backdrop to St Michael's Mount. Our only route over to the island itself was in one of the little boats shuttling people backwards and forwards across fairly choppy water as the causeway was covered. We chose not to take that option unlike lots of cagoule-clad folk who formed the strangest of queues. We are hoping for blue skies tomorrow (and photos that don't have to be faffed with to look halfway decent!)
