Enough!
On our way to bed last night we noticed it had snowed quite a bit again. We hoped it might have gone by morning - nope!
The recycling had been collected when we got up but the household waste bin is still full now (18 days). The ones on the adjoining avenue were emptied so I'm a bit peeved ours weren't.
The snow began to melt and then we had what people said was thundersnow. We've had wintry showers, hail, sleet, rain and finally more snow!
I am going stir crazy but won't risk a fall - the pavements are still treacherous and the roads are not much better.
Now it's freezing so I can only hope for a warm spell to melt it in the morning. Fingers crossed - we both have prescriptions to collect - mine is not urgent but Terry's was and he is without the medicine today as he wouldn't risk going out with his two prosthetic hips.
At least I am not short of blips due to the snow.
Finished the book I was reading and will be picking another one for tomorrow.
We watched the first two parts of Playing Nice last night and the acting is brilliant but the story isn't. It's too far-fetched and if it wasn't for the brilliant actors, especially James Norton, we'd probably have sacked it after the first episode. As it was we continued but episode two got silly. Not sure about watching the rest.
We have a geocaching trip booked for Thursday but the way the weather is going it looks like we might not be able to go. We'll see.
