More marmalade

It’s our son Andrew’s birthday today!  He had a busy day looking after Imogen, breakfast with the neighbours, whose son shares his birthday, lunch with Katie, and then time for a zoom call with us.
He has a few nice presents including Paul Hollywood How to Bake from us. I hope he will get some good usage out of that!
I made another batch of marmalade, this time with a higher quantity of sugar as Rob found the first lot too tangy. It has set vey nicely so we will taste test in the morning.
And we had a little more snow, just at the wrong moment as I was trying to barrow compost up to my beds. It’s frozen now so that will be impossible for a few days…
