Early start

It was one of those periodic early starts. Ideally, I use the bike on those days, but when it's dark and potentially icy, that's not really an option. I got a bus to the Scott Monument and walked from there, getting some photos as I went.

Thereafter, I went to the pharmacy and got a flu jab....not on the NHS for someone of my age right now. This may explain why I feel really limp this evening....

Then into various meetings and gatherings. A bit of extra responsibility is coming my way for at least a few months after 1 February and I've been having some preparatory meetings around that. My last meeting of the day was at the RSE (more responsibility....). The route between OC and George Street will be well trodden over the next few years.
