Home Sweet Home

A red squirrel, a crossbill and a lovely dipper were my favourite wildlife spots before we left Perthshire for home today.

On the way back we stopped at The Hermitage in Dunkeld and took a walk up to Pine Cone Point. Amazing see the river semi frozen now. 

We needn't have worried about missing out on the snow back home - this is the view from the garden when we got back. S couldn't get his car in to his usual spot outside so had to park further up. 

Hoping to enjoy a few more snow days before the big thaw next week.
