Ice-Breaker!

It was back to work for me this morning. I asked Brian if he'd take and fetch me today, to conserve my strength for actually doing my job. 

This is him scraping ice off the car before we headed off.

It's not gone above freezing all day and it was very cold on the Van. We were quite busy, but it was never chaotic I'm glad to say. There were times I wondered if I'd survive the full shift but I managed! I even had a walk to Tesco for frozen chips! My feet were so cold I couldn't feel them!

Brian came to pick me up. He'd been and helped clear the last few things from the flat whilst I was working, and after he'd brought me back he went off to sit with his mum while his sister and niece did the last few jobs to make the place ready for handing back on Monday.

I've relaxed and watched some more Vera.
