There we have it folks. I have used up all the cabbage I bought on 31 December so as to make a coleslaw when Junior came for lunch. 

Today I made a cabbage and chickpea soup. Vegetarian and vegan (I do not care, but many do). Easy. Delicious. Perfect for this time of year and the chilly weather.

It got Blipped. 

Apart from that I had one of my laundry-blitz days, and had a trip to the supermarket. So yes, my soup was the highlight.
