Squirrel
My throat and cold are considerably better today.
During the morning, I did the Dossett Boxes and then walked to the pharmacy to collect some of our prescriptions. The grocery lorry arrived on time and the shopping was quickly put away. Cross-stitch this afternoon and some reading.
Today’s picture, taken very early this morning, when it was very frosty, is of one of our squirrels on the squirrel box. The extra is its companion; they would not pose together. The one on the box was observed shooing of a magpie, which also wanted nuts from the box. There was a blackbird on the feeding station this morning, not something I have seen very often. Too cold for its feet on the grass maybe.
The temperature, at noon today, was once again only one degree Celsius. It was minus three degrees when I walked to the village.
