Blencathra

We decided to head out for another attempt at a snowy dawn pic before the thaw this week. 
The plan was to head off towards the lakes, get a shot of Blencathra from the east with the sun rising and then on to Tewet tarn for a pic from the South. 
I'm not quite sure which I prefer but we'd got up early for a sunrise shot so chose that for the main. We broke yesterday's record low, , -7.5C this morning
Tewet Tarn was frozen solid, and there were quite a few ice skaters taking advantage by the time we left.
