And Robin in extra.  There were a pair in the back garden and another in the front.  And also a wren in the front garden - it’s a long time since I saw one close to the house.

I’m just checking whether Gg wants to video chat.  I’m not at my best this afternoon having had a series of trips to the loo through the night.  I’m putting it down to tiredness, though I think the fact that the treacherous packed ice and snow are stopping me getting out and about hasn’t helped.  I did defrost the greenhouse door so I could get bird food out and then topped up the two seed feeders.  I haven’t tried to top up peanuts yet and a squirrel has been trying hard to get in through the wire mesh.  Hopefully it’s going to thaw a bit tomorrow.
