Foggy morning

Thick fog this morning as I headed to Bents for some provisions. The thick hoar frost which caked all the trees and bushes, turning this part of the world into a magical winter wonderland for a few days, has all gone. It was 1°c this morning, and when the fog lifted it may have warmed a little more. The thaw is underway.
