Sunday afternoon

G left home early to visit a 96-year-old lady she knows through 4get-me-not who has suffered a mild stroke and is in hospital. There were things I wanted to achieve, but I ended up chilling and getting ready for G to collect me after she finished. An online Carrefour order arriving before its scheduled time meant there were no time restrictions on the day. We went to Al Seef for a coffee but decided to eat lunch at Wokyo first (my extra). We even managed to get a table on their terrace. It was lovely to be out.

We then had coffee at Costa, where Petra joined us after her church service. She bought one of my 2025 calendars. Woo hoo!

We didn't get to church as G was catching up with her social media job. It gave me time to get on with the ironing. We are ready for a new week!
