Chill Leamington

Lunchtime came with a big big present from Bam Bam, our Sports Officer. After a couple months of negotiating and working things out, Warwick Sport have purchased a beautiful Sigma 70-200 f/2.8, with a 1.4x teleconverter. It's for us to use with the 5D Mark II to photograph sports matches. Needless to say I think everyone is psyched to try it out.

After a swim and a good meal, some friends started drifting towards our flat. First Sam and Isaac came around, Sam bringing with her a Sega Megadrive! Games of Sonic and Micro Machines with Alex and the other two, good times. After getting some mexican food delivered, Stana and Tom arrived, halfway through watching Nemo. We mega chilled for the rest of the night, beer and wine, and then watched Despicable Me. Quite an enjoyable film. Six of us crashed in the house, hotel-keeping record in so far. What a night.
