Precarious

Just below freezing today and sunny with it, which gave me more opportunities for a photo. I saw a few ice blocks on the edge of the lake and gingerly put out a leg out so I could get really close up.

I tried to hold my balance, whilst using one hand to operate the camera with the screen open. It took a few goes to get level, position and frame the shot, to get all the elements in place. Not easy when you can't see the screen too well.

I liked the ice leading into this frame and the cloud formation sort of echoes it.
