Mono Monday OLD

Perfect!! No not isbi, the horses.
On the way to Dubbo, we dropped in at Peter’s stables to check on Addie’s progress. These two are Miniature Horses and they’re both over 25 years old, the little mare isbi is cuddling also being a dwarf and has never been ridden. The Skewbald gelding facing south in the background was originally acquired by Peter for his kids Ashleigh and Will to ride - they are both now fully fledged professional jockeys.
We stopped at Molong for morning tea - the extra shows a cool local dude waiting for his coffee hit.

For those who are interested, a Miniature Horse is very small but proportionately the same as a full size horse. A Pony is also small but much heavier set with stumpier legs, thick neck and solid body.
Same height but very different shape.
