Coffee for one

Mr HB prefers tea.  I had an early coffee as later this afternoon I will be taking up a Christmas present of a back, neck and head massage, what a treat.

When I come home I should be walking on air, knott free and feeling very zen.  No more stimulants today so I'll be sticking to the good old H2o.

Yesterday I finished watching the 6 part crime drama, Patience, on Channel 4 catchup.  Thought it was fabulous and interesting for so many reasons.
