The Shroppie

Sadly we have another funeral to go to. A lovely work colleague of Mr HB's of more than 60 years. J was 91 and died peacefully after a long and difficult illness. I popped into town this morning to see Maria in the market who does sewing and cothes alterations to drop off a pair of Mr HB'S suit trousers for alteration.

It has been a lovely day, mild temperatures and lots of sunshine so I took myself off down the canal for a quick walk. The Mallards looked a lot happier now that all the snow and ice have gone.

Just got back from a nice evening with friends C&K. First camp site booked for the Battle of Britain Airshow at Duxford in September and a week in the Peak District in May, dates fixed, just a nice camp site to be booked tomorrow.
