Cno1's 30th birthday

A trip to the Yorkshire coast for Cno1 and her friends to see the grey seals and even a pod of dolphin for her 30th birthday. I can hardly believe it is 30 years ago that she came into our  lives! The blip is a photo shared by her. A fabulous time had by all and I shall look forward to hearing her news.

Maldon Prom parkrun was cancelled and G managed to run a very cold Chelmsford parkrun instead. Unfortunately,  I spent a second day in bed with sickness.
