Stretching the Boundary

Although, obviously, not the Udal boundary.  A surprise ending as the day opened with strong west-south-west wind.  No sensible biped would have ventured forth.  We now have two shoe horns.  Received an email from HMRC, on it is stated ‘We are happy to talk.’  I note they have left off the word ‘nonsense’ at the end.  Mrs Findlater came round with another petition she wanted me to sign.  I asked her in and made her a cuppa and gave her a cheese scone.  She handed me the clipboard.   It indicated that she wants to erect a bust to Alexander Kerenski (1881 – 1970).  She last exchanged witty banter with his grandson in the students’ dormitory of the St Petersburg University.  If there aren’t sufficient funds she wants to use the money to visit Tashkent.  She took a lifetime to eat the scone.  I had to fan her tea.   These incidents always occur when CMC is away at her accordion practice.   Bernard has a meeting tonight with his Wardrobe Team.  About time too.   The extra is at the request of CL’s dugg where Bibs photo bummed me.
