Marmalade

Woke up to discover there had been a significant thaw overnight, a delight to see! Still no post deliveries but hopefully tomorrow.

Had a productive day, renewed our travel insurance, bit of housework, sorted out the bottoms of my wardrobe - you get the drift!

I then looked at marmalade recipes and decided to use a different method to my usual one. Far more fiddly, and I don’t think it’s a success. I have never had issues with the rind all being at the top of the jars before. Certainly not a prize winner but I’m sure it will taste fine and will get used up.
