Finished

The socks I blipped earlier in the week are now finished.

I wore them today to go up north to see the parents.. popped in to see mum in the care home, she wasn’t too bad today (at least she didn’t think I was a dead ancestor) , then we went to dad’s and cooked dinner and had a chat and sorted out some paperwork for him, then went to pick up MrH’s mum to take her to see Mr H senior in hospital. Mr H senior was very difficult today, and we are not sure what the long term solution will be. Took Mrs H senior home but didn’t stay for a coffee as it had started to snow.

I drove back home (mr H drove up) with squally snow showers for the first 25 miles but it improved and the moon as superb for the rest of the journey.

Now back home, mentally , physically and emotionally drained and determined to have a weekend at home next week but not feeling hopeful!
