Like policemen buskers keep getting younger

Another duo to add to the collection. These two were entertaining the folks in Winchester this afternoon.

I was not the only person taking their photo. I think I was seen by the lady that had been taking their photo. Could she be a fellow blipper?

Jane and I went into town to open current accounts with a well known Spanish owned bank. There wasn't anyone in the branch that could do it (or in the other branch in town). The next time someone would be the in Winchester branches that was suitably trained/authorised/allowed? Tuesday. How difficult can it be?
