… What a difference the sun makes. Everywhere looks more kind of optimistic against wall to wall blue.

I suspect someone is feeding the birds.. (I didn’t mean to take their picture doing so; it’s a contentious issue). There’s been a big move locally (Signs are evident!) to stop well-meaning people from feeding the growing bird population. Goose droppings were becoming a huge (and unpleasant) problem, which has certainly eased somewhat now. (And I think no one wanted to have to call for a cull).

In a splurge of New Year Enthusiasm I have started a new writing project. An idea came to me ‘fully formed’ and I thought writing it down would be a doddle! (Really?!).
I might be engrossed in it for some time. I might even stop any day… But, for now, I’m writing.
If it turns out how I would like it to, I’ll share more as time goes on.
