Rise

It was a treat cycling into work today with a stunning sunrise that lasted a long time. No big camera and the best I could do was a quick phone blip from the office window, but what a joy.

I headed home at lunchtime as my afternoon meeting was cancelled and thought it was a great idea.  The sun was shining, it was warm, was really enjoying the ride.

Until I hit a wall of headwind that drained my battery super quick, and bonked becuase I hadn't had lunch yet.

I eventually made it home, finished my work day, finished off my assessmnet prep and now I need to switch off the bike and eat.  Roll on the assesment tomorrow.
