The Pavillion

Celtic Connections has kicked off in town and P got us tickets to go see Madison Cunningham.  We liked a few of her songs beforehand and thought the gig would be good and were surprised to be blown away.  Note perfect throughout the set and serious chops on piano and guitar, it was a really great night.  I do love to see a woman shred a classical guitar!

The Pavillion theatre is one of those real old school theatres and has loads of ornamentation on the ceiling, so yes I was 'that person' that stood up whilst we were waiting for everything to start and take a picture. I wasn't the only one.
