Splish Splash...

They were takin' a bath! A large flock of American Robins flew in to enjoy their morning baths. Robins are here in North Central Florida for our moderate winter weather and the abundance of natural foods. They appreciate fruits and nuts as well as insects, earthworms, sunflower seeds, crushed peanuts and raisins! And no robin can ignore mealworms. 
All of that being said, we don't usually see them at our feeders. In our yard the big 'draw' is our bog with its gently running water. They are so much fun to watch as they play in the water! Do check the *extra...
