Haven't cut the grass for well over a month, and it hasn't grown a great deal... well, aside from a couple of patches that have been experimented with following a question on GQT (Gardeners Question Time - BBC Radio 4). The claimed natural, er... 'liquid fertiliser' definitely works. The bit on the left has sprouted substantially, and has gone that tell-tale unnaturally dark shade of green that several of my neighbours lawns seem to acquire annually.

May have applied too strong a dose, and perhaps should spread a more diluted dose more widely. One downside is that with more growth there's more cutting to be done. More compost though, and that may have built in compost activator. The claimed selective weed-killing ability of the liquid is a bit limited - some of them have grown a fair bit too.

I won't be trying it on any herbs or fruit and veg...

Noted that amongst some bits I'm selling locally, a lens I'd used fairly extensively for several years had sold in less than 24 hours. Doubt the rest will be so rapid. I do carefully clean everything up, and include all the originally supplied bits and bobs. An extra battery, and say, a memory card, can act as sweeteners with the likes of a camera being sold. Especially if there are several of the same model being sold at the same time.
