Strike a pose…

After a 3 month break I managed to get out for a short ride with Matt and Pete. Only 25km but they didn’t hang about and my legs are feeling it now.

Good fun in spite of the cold. As my bike had been sitting untouched for a bit I gave it a bit of a going over, chucked some squirt on the chain, some ptfe spray on the other moving bits. The gears are a bit slow but the rest is good.
As we were on road I put 40psi in the tyres, when we stopped for a drink I noticed that a few punctures have opened up a bit, I have sealant in them but it probably needs replacing. Job for a warmer day.

We told Matt to strike a manly pose for the blip, I think he looks like Bruce Forsyth!
