Whirrrrr

H and I have had a very busy day, not without injury! H is very good at making Roses grow, which means they get huge and need cutting back. That was our morning sorted although there were a few thorn punctures !

This afternoon we popped over to Ian and Wendy’s for a catchup, Ali and James were there, good to see them all. Wendy’s dad died a couple of years ago and left a few vintage motorbikes which are now housed in a purpose built unit at the bottom of the garden. Ian took me down for a look, a couple of them are over 100 years old and they are all in running order, brilliant things.

The heat fan on the burner has been making an annoying ‘tick’ noise so I dismantled it, cleaned stuff and put it back together. I put the blade on a little tightly which made it much worse, so had to strip it again. All sorted now, lots of spinning no ticking.
