High Street
Jess was struck down by the lurgy today so the plan for a long walk in the hills was abandoned. Jess stayed in the warm and I did a few domestic jobs during the day bookended with a morning recon at Brough Castle and an evening recon along Haweswater.
I found a composition at Brough which I will return to hopefully with some early morning light and mist.
The evening recon along Haweswater turned into a chase of the evening light, I was a bit late for the best of it but I watched the clouds rising and falling over the ridge and col on Rough Crag leading to High Street the old Roman track. This shot was about the best I could come up with.
